30 days, no questions asked
If the plugin is not right for you, ask for your money back within 30 days of being charged and you get it. Send one message — by email or through the chat window on any page — saying you would like a refund. That is the entire process. There is no form to complete, no evidence to supply, and no conversation you have to sit through before we agree.
What counts as a reason
Anything does. All of these are accepted and none will be argued with: the plugin did not suit your site or the way you work; it did not do something you assumed it would; you are unhappy after using it and cannot say precisely why; you changed your mind or your plans changed; you bought the wrong plan or bought twice by accident; or you would rather not say.
The 14-day trial comes first
Every plan starts with a full 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked. A payment method is required to start it, but nothing is charged until day 15, so cancelling before then costs you nothing at all. Most people know by then — the 30-day guarantee is there for the case the trial cannot cover, such as a fortnight when you were too busy to test it properly.
How long it takes
We process the refund within one working day of your message, usually within a few hours. The money is returned by our payment provider to the card or account you paid with; their banking timeline — typically five to ten working days for a card — is the slow part, and that clock is the bank’s rather than ours.
Your licence key stops working when the refund is issued and any site it was activated on is released automatically. Nothing you published is deleted or altered: articles, product boxes and comparison tables the plugin created stay exactly as they are on your site.
Improvements are always welcome
If something was missing, slow, confusing or broken, we would genuinely like to know — that is where most of what gets built comes from, and suggestions are read by the person who writes the code. None of that is a condition of the refund. Telling us is a favour to us, not a hoop for you, and you will get your money back whether you say a word or not.
The narrow exceptions
- Repeated refunds. If the same person has already been refunded for the same product and buys it again, we will talk to you before charging or refunding a third time. This is not aimed at anyone genuinely undecided — get in touch and we will find a way to let you test it properly instead.
- Licence abuse. Buying a licence, distributing the plugin files or the key, and then requesting a refund is the one case we decline. It has nothing to do with whether the plugin suited you.
Cancelling instead
If you simply do not want to be charged again, you do not need us at all. Every receipt email contains a link to your own billing portal where you can cancel in one click. Cancelling stops all future payments and leaves the licence running until the period you have already paid for ends.
Asking for a refund
One line is enough — include the email address you paid with so we can find the order. Email hello@amawp.com or ask in the chat.
